Colors play a very important role in my life. Through colors I express who I am.
The different vibration and frequency makes each color its own unique expression of its energy field. Don’t underestimate the impact color has on you without being aware of it. Could this be the reason so many people shy away from too much color?

Instead they prefer to stay on the safe side with eg. beige which they think they won’t grow tired of or get bored with. Orange, yellow, red, green and blue are too challenging because they touch on some hidden emotion which one prefers not to feel and thus keep out of sight. And it is here in fact that color is very helpful because its energies have healing effects on the mental, emotional and even physical level. My paintings are meant to help you get in touch with parts deep inside of you which call for attention. Each color has its own personality all of which are present in our unconscious and want to be brought into our wholistic awareness and each being honoured.

Color can help in very subtle or bold ways to shine light on shadows that want to be lit up. When I paint the colors and shapes just flow through me and I watch the brush do its thing keeping me most of the time in awe what wants to be expressed on the canvas. Other times I have a vision of what wants to be shown and then I help creating it. My paintings are inspired with special energies.
